How does Halotherapy work?
Salt is heated, ground into particles, negatively charged, and forced into the air of the salt room. As you relax and breathe the salt particles enter your respiratory system.
Dry salt is anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and very absorbent. During your session, the salt will absorb allergens and pollutants as it travels through your body.
